Raven's Official Bio

Raven J. White is a Christian speaker and mental health strategist with over 25 years of speaking experience. She has served as Seminar Director and later Administrator of Wildwood Lifestyle Center, where she led programs that combined lifestyle medicine, mental health, and faith-based healing. For 11 years she also ran Project 144 Agency, a lifestyle referral ministry connecting caregivers with clients and their loved ones, before transitioning into full-time mental health speaking and services.

Raven has spoken for conferences, women’s ministries, churches, and retreats across the U.S. and the Caribbean. Known for her vulnerability, real-life stories, and practical teaching, she integrates sanctuary and biblical principles with trauma-informed mental health and brain science. Through her Regaining Eden framework, she helps people heal their stories, remember who they are in God, and make everyday decisions that protect their mental health and align with their purpose—so they can live as answers to someone’s prayer, whether they are at home, in church, or in the corporate world.
